Pastor Katie Saari Pastor Katie Saari is a Provisional Elder in the Baltimore Washington Conference of the United Methodist Church. She is the pastor of the West Friendship: West Ellicott City Charge, which includes Rockland and St. James UMCs. Before becoming a pastor, Katie worked for five years in nonprofit fundraising. Katie is passionate about connecting people to God and to one another.
